Because of the inconsistency with all of the patient information for the Medicare part D plans...please have patience. The website, that is suppose to give us all the required patient information, is not working properly, and the helpdesks are not wanting to take calls at this time (they may start in February). If you have a letter that has the following information listed, then you should be good to go...if not-please call the customer service number on the letter that you do have and get the following information.
